Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, request one via our Returns and Exchanges Contact Form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Orders

If you purchased Green Shipping Protection with your order and your package was lost, stolen, or damaged, here’s how you request a replacement:

Green Shipping Protection reorders are made easy at reorder.corso.com or by emailing support@corso.com You will need your order number and the email address you placed your order with. Your order number can be found on the order confirmation email. Once you indicate if the package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete the request, you will get a reorder confirmation.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), downloadable software products, some health and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@viraduct.com and we’ll process the exchange as fast as possible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
